Indian Hume Pipe gains on getting LoI worth Rs 417.97 crore

The order is expected to be completed in 48 months

Indian Hume Pipe Company is currently trading at Rs. 326.65, up by 4.00 points or 1.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 322.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 346.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 347.00 and Rs. 326.65 respectively. So far 20355 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 490.00 on 10-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 280.00 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 347.00 and Rs. 280.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1736.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.34%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.59% and 25.07% respectively.

Indian Hume Pipe Company has received Letter of Intent (LoI) with order value of Rs 417.97 crore (excluding GST) from Jihe Kathapur Lift Irrigation Division, Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation (MKVDC), Satara, Maharashtra for the work of Construction of Head works and closed pipe distribution System of Ner Direct Gravity main, under Guruvarya late Laxmanraoji Inamdar Lift Irrigation scheme, Maharashtra. The order is expected to be completed in 48 months.

Indian Hume Pipe Company is engaged in the construction and maintenance of projects relating to water supply, irrigation, sanitation and sewerage systems, and pipe manufacturing.
