Fujiyama Power Systems gets nod to acquire 31% stake each in ZEPL, ZCPL
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on April 25, 2026, has approved the same
Fujiyama Power Systems has received approval for the acquisition of 31% of the paid-up equity share capital of each of Zayo Energy (ZEPL) and Zayo Cables (ZCPL). Consequent to the said acquisition, the aforesaid companies will become associate companies of Fujtyama Power Systems.
The proposed acquisitions will enable backward integration, strengthen the Company’s value chain and result in operational and strategic synergies. The acquisitions are expected to be completed within 30 days from the date of approval. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on April 25, 2026, has approved the same.
Zayo Energy is engaged in the manufacturing of solar panel components such as EVA sheets, junction boxes, backsheet and other related products, which is in the same line of business as the company. Zayo Cables is engaged in the manufacturing of electronic and electrical wires and cables, including insulated wires and cables made of steel, copper and aluminium, which is in the same line of business as the company.
Fujiyama Power Systems is a manufacturer of products and solution provider in the roof-top solar industry, including on-grid, off-grid and hybrid solar systems.
