With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 read with Chapter XII of SEBI Operational Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 (updated as on April 13, 2022), Mangalam Industrial Finance has confirmed that the Company does not fall under the criteria of ‘Large Corporates (LC)’ as on March 31, 2026 and a disclosure is this regard is enclosed as Annexure A.
