Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereof, Garment Mantra Lifestyle has informed that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary has received an order from AL Rahmat Textiles LL.C. Imports & Exports for ~INR 82,81 million (8,78,650 USS). Details as per SEBI Circular no. SEBVHO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure A.
