With reference to the SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 (updated as on April 13, 2022) read with the SEBI Circular No. fund /P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, in respect of Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities, Sarveshwar Foods has confirmed that the company is ‘Not a Large Corporate’, as per the framework and applicability criteria specified under the aforementioned circulars for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025 and the same is certified in enclosed Annexure A.
