Mahindra Holidays gets nod to acquire 100% stake in Aditatva Estates
The company intends to leverage the acquisition for expanding its leisure resorts business
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India (MHRIL) has received approval for acquisition of 100% stake in Aditatva Estates which is engaged in coffee plantation business on a around 50 acre land parcel located in Chikmagalur, Karnataka. The company intends to leverage the acquisition for expanding its leisure resorts business.
The company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for acquisition of 100% stake in Aditatva. The said acquisition is expected to be completed by July 31, 2026. Post acquisition, Aditatva will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Cost of acquisition is Rs 37.5 crore. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on April 27, 2026 has approved the same.
