With refer to email dated 25th April, 2026; clarification sought on price movement of the Company's shares on Stock Exchange, Quality RO Industries has informed that the Company has been in compliance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and will continue to inform the Stock Exchange on occurrence any material information as required under the said Regulations. The price movement of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange are purely market driven and connected to general market conditions. The management of the Company is no way connected to with any such price movement.
