With regard to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 read with BSE circular LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated 11 April, 2019 and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSRA-CPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated 19th October, 2023 in respect of ‘Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities’ Surya India has confirmed that as on 31 March, 2026, the Company does not fall under the category of ‘Large Corporate/ Large entities’ as per the framework provided in para 2.2 of the aforesaid SEBI circular.
