Sterling Green Woods has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at it’s meeting held today Monday, April 27, 2026 has considered and approved the following: Pursuant to recommendation received from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, the Board has approved the appointment of Brinda Dineshkumar Nathvani (ACS: A70352) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 27, 2026. The Detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated July 11, 2023 and last updated on January 30, 2026 for the appointment of Brinda Dineshkumar Nathvani is attached along with this outcome as an Annexure A. The meeting of the Board commenced at 4:00 pm and concluded at 4:30 pm.
