Transworld Shipping inks pact with Avana Logistek for sale of vessel ‘SSL GUJARAT’
The company to sell vessel for consideration of $3.5 million
Transworld Shipping Lines has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Avana Logistek on April 27, 2026. The MoU is for the sale of vessel ‘SSL GUJARAT’ owned by the company for consideration of $3.5 million.
Transworld Shipping Lines (formerly known as Shreyas Shipping and Logistics) is the Indian-flagged vessel-owning company of the Transworld Group. The company provides uninterrupted service for out-of-gauge and heavy break bulk cargo with its owned fleet of ships.
