Shyam Metalics and Energy has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 11, 2026, to transact the business: To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026; To consider and recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26; To consider future Capital Expenditure (Capex) announcements, if any; and to consider any other item of business as may be decided with the permission of the Chair. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities has been closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The Trading Window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
