Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Mphasis has informed that the Company has appointed Richard Miller as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Insurance Business with effect from April 27, 2026.
