To consider and approve Audited Financial Results along with the Auditors Report thereon of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Further, in continuation of its letter dated March 26, 2026 regarding closure of trading window, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain close from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration/announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
