Rail Vikas Nigam, Indus Towers and Enviro Infra Engineers to see some action today

BHEL has entered into Licensing Agreement for Transfer of Technology with NSTL-DRDO, Vishakhapatnam

Rail Vikas Nigam has received LOA from NMDC for Construction of Residential Campus for Senior & Board Level Executives at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Phase -II). Broad consideration or size of the order is Rs 39.21 crore including 18% GST. 

Indus Towers has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) by the name of ‘Indus Towers Global Ventures IFSC’ in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), Gujarat, India as per the Certificate of Incorporation issued on April 28, 2026. The WOS will, inter-alia, function as an investment holding company for the company’s overseas subsidiaries and will also undertake treasury functions and other related activities permitted under the IFSC framework for the Company and its subsidiaries.

Enviro Infra Engineers’ Wholly Owned Subsidiary -- EIE Renewables has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of 100% share capital of Suyog Urja (Target Company) in a phased manner. Under this arrangement, EIE Renewables shall be acquiring 51% of the equity share of the Target Company immediately and the remaining 49% equity stake shall be acquired in a phased manner within a period of 27 months. The proposed acquisition is intended to enable EIE Renewables, the renewable energy vertical of the Company, to further strengthen and integrate its existing renewable energy portfolio, with its entry into the wind energy segment.

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants has received Letter of Acceptance to provide Project Management Services for the work of Upgradation/Development of Ghorpadi Coach Maintenance Complex, Pune into Vande Bharat Chair Car Maintenance cum Workshop depot; Upgradation/Development of Wadi Bunder Coaching Complex, Mumbai into Vande Bharat Chair Car Maintenance cum Workshop depot; and Upgradation/ Development of Ajni Coach Care Complex, Nagpur into Vande Bharat Train Maintenance cum Workshop depot. Total order value of the project is Rs 4.91 crore. 

Innovision has received a Letter of Award (LoA) / Order through a competitive bidding process for supply of highly skilled, skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled workers on outsource in Nagar Palika Nigam, Khandwa vide letter of Acceptance received from the Office of Municipal Corporation Khandwa, District Khandwa, MP. The order was granted on April 25, 2026 received on April 27, 2026. Broad commercial consideration or size of the order is Rs 1.50 crore. 

Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has entered into Licensing Agreement for Transfer of Technology (LAToT) with NSTL-DRDO, Vishakhapatnam. LAToT will enable BHEL in Fabrication, Installation & Commissioning of the LM2500 GT-IRSS for Naval Vessels, designed and developed by NSTL-DRDO, India. It will strengthen BHEL’s diversification efforts in Defence segment and contribute to the Government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative.  

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GCIB for Africa (Global Council for Investment and Business for Africa), to collaborate on strategic initiatives with a primary focus on the development of a Digital Factory in Senegal and other technology-driven socio-economic projects in Senegal and other African countries.
