Piramal Pharma has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 5.64% fall in its net profit at Rs 261.63 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 277.27 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 3.27% at Rs 1,672.75 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 1,729.31 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 8.82 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to net profit of Rs 153.50 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 0.06% at Rs 2,797.83 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 2,796.10 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 1.25% rise in its net profit at Rs 700.01 crore as compared to Rs 691.40 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 0.88% at Rs 5,444.74 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5,493.06 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 325.94 crore as compared to net profit of Rs 91.13 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 2.19% at Rs 9,082.38 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9,285.99 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
