Enviro Infra Engineers’ arm to acquire 100% share capital in Suyog Urja

Under this arrangement, EIE Renewables shall be acquiring 51% of the equity share of the Target Company immediately

Enviro Infra Engineers’ Wholly Owned Subsidiary -- EIE Renewables has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of 100% share capital of Suyog Urja (Target Company) in a phased manner. Under this arrangement, EIE Renewables shall be acquiring 51% of the equity share of the Target Company immediately and the remaining 49% equity stake shall be acquired in a phased manner within a period of 27 months. 

The Target Company was incorporated with the primary objective of developing renewable energy infrastructure, with a focus on the execution of wind energy projects across multiple states in India.

The proposed acquisition is intended to enable EIE Renewables, the renewable energy vertical of the Company, to further strengthen and integrate its existing renewable energy portfolio, with its entry into the wind energy segment. This strategic expansion is expected to enhance the Company’s overall project capacity, diversify its energy mix, and broaden its geographic footprint, thereby reinforcing its position in the renewable energy sector. The said acquisition will be completed on or before July 31, 2028. 

Enviro Infra Engineers is engaged in designing, construction, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants and water supply scheme projects for government authorities/bodies.
