Indus Towers incorporates wholly owned subsidiary in GIFT City

Indus Towers has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) by the name of ‘Indus Towers Global Ventures IFSC’ in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), Gujarat, India as per the Certificate of Incorporation issued on April 28, 2026. The WOS will, inter-alia, function as an investment holding company for the company’s overseas subsidiaries and will also undertake treasury functions and other related activities permitted under the IFSC framework for the company and its subsidiaries.
Earlier, the committee of directors (duly authorized Committee of the Board) in its meeting held on January 22, 2026 had approved the same.
Indus Towers is a telecom tower infrastructure service provider that deploys, owns and manages telecom towers and communication structures, for various mobile operators.
