Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the second half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026 along with the Audit Report of the Statutory Auditors with unmodified opinion on (Standalone and Consolidated), attached as ‘Annexure — I’. 2. Appointment of Bathiya Advisors LLP as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial year 2026-27.
