Indus Towers informs about incorporation of WOS
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and further to its intimation dated January 22, 2026, Indus Towers has informed that the WOS of the Company by the name of ‘Indus Towers Global Ventures IFSC’ has been incorporated in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), Gujarat, India as per the Certificate of Incorporation issued on April 28, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, for the said WOS are given in Annexure-A.
