Sunshield Chemicals informs about closure of trading window
Sunshield Chemicals has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended the ‘Trading Window’ (i.e. period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from 1st July 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for considering, inter-alia, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 will be informed in due course as per the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
