Bharat Bijlee has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, through audio-visual means, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 In view of the foregoing and in terms of Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’, by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons, framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including amendments), this is to inform you that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all ‘Designated Persons’ and their immediate relatives (as defined in the Code), from July 01, 2025, to July 25, 2025 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are not allowed to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of the Closure of Trading Window.
