Adani Green Energy informs about outcome of AGM
Adani Green Energy has informed that the 10th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company was held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 10.00 am and concluded at 10:50 am through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OAVM) facility. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Agreement, the proceedings of the AGM, are enclosed as Annexure A. The same are also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.adanigreenenergy.com. The video recording of the proceedings of the AGM is also being made available on the Company’s website. The Company provided remote e-voting facility to the members on resolution proposed to be considered at the AGM from Saturday, June 21, 2025 (9.00 am) to Tuesday, June 24, 2025 (5.00 pm). The Company also provided e-voting facility to the shareholders present at the AGM through VC / OAVM and who had not cast their vote earlier.
