Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) has appointed as the preferred developer for the redevelopment of a premium housing society in Mulund (West), Mumbai. The project spans across a 3.08-acre land parcel and has an estimated development value of approximately Rs 1,250 crore. The site offers excellent connectivity, being just 1.4km from the upcoming Mumbai Metro Line 5 and 0.8 km from the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road. UltraTech Cement has commissioned the second cement grinding mill with a capacity of 1.8 mtpa at the company’s Unit located in Maihar, Madhya Pradesh, as part of the company’s ongoing expansion plan. The first mill was commissioned in March 2025. The company continues to enhance its production capabilities to meet the growing demand for cement.

Hitachi Energy India has received an order from Power Grid Corporation of India (POWERGRID) to supply 30 units of 765-kilovolt (kV) 500 megavolt-ampere (MVA) single-phase transformers. UHV AC 765 kV transformers enhance the power grid's security, reliability, and efficiency, helping to meet increasing energy demands. Once installed, these transformers can transmit the power equivalent to the average power consumption of 30 million households in India.

Adani Enterprises' joint venture -- AdaniConneX (ACX) has completed the acquisition of 100% stake of Granthik Realtors (GRPL) from Windson Projects LLP (WP) and its Nominees on June 26, 2025 by virtue of Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) executed on June 26, 2025 by the parties.
