In compliance with Regulation 29, 50 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company (MMFSL) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 22nd July 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2025, which shall be subject to limited review by the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company. In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the company, the trading window of the Company will be closed for trading in MMFSL securities, by its designated persons and their immediate relative(s), from 1st July 2025 to 24th July 2025 for the aforementioned purpose.
