Cube Highways Trust has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Policy on unpublished price sensitive information and dealing in securities by the parties to Cube Highways Trust, adopted by the Cube Highways Trust (InvIT), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the InvIT will be closed from July 01, 2025 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of financial information for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
