Epigral has informed that it enclosed summary of Proceedings of 18th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company held on Saturday, 28th June, 2025 at 10:30 am through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-visual Means (OAVM). The voting results of 18th Annual General Meeting will be declared and disseminated on the Stock exchanges on or before 1st July, 2025 and will also be uploaded on the websites of the Company and CDSL who had provided the Voting facility.
