Hindustan Tin Works has informed that in view of the foregoing and in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company, the Trading Window will be closed from July 1,2025 and will end 48 hours of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2025.
