Cupid informs about board meeting
Pursuant to regulation 29(1) (a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Cupid has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, 8th August, 2025 to consider and adopt unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. It has further notified that as per its intimation dated 25th June, 2025, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons including Directors of the Company and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2025 until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 is published.
