Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Prime Focus has informed that it enclosed the copies of newspaper advertisement published in Business Standard (All editions in English language) and Pudhari (Mumbai edition in Marathi language) newspapers on Saturday, July 05, 2025 relating to Notice of the EOGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. through VC/OAVM in compliance with the General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for conducting EOGM through VC/OAVM and Remote e-voting information given to Shareholders for your records. The aforesaid newspaper advertisement will also be made available on website of the Company at www.primefocus.com.
