Mufin Green Finance has informed that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, Saturday, July 05, 2025, has considered and approved the following matters: Raising of funds through issue of secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable, taxable, transferable, nonconvertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees through private placement basis for amount up to INR 54,48,00,000 in trenches in accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable law and subject to approval of the applicable regulatory authorities.
