Ajwa Fun World And Resort informs about closure of trading window
In terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed Securities of the company, Ajwa Fun World And Resort has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/Connected/Designated Persons from 1st July, 2025 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30t June, 2025 to the public. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2025 is made by the company to the stock exchange. Accordingly, all Directors/ Connected/Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
