In this regard, further to intimation dated 30th June, 2025 and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company was already closed for the designated persons of the Company and/ or their immediate relatives since 1st July, 2025 and shall remain closed upto 13th July, 2025.
