Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Textiles Arni informs about closure of trading window
Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Textiles Arni has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendments thereto), the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities for all the designated persons and connected persons (including dependents and immediate relatives) shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First quarter as on 30th June, 2025. The date of Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
