ARCL Organics has informed that it enclosed the corrigendum to the notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of ARCL Organics scheduled to be held on 11th July 2025. This corrigendum is being issued to include Item No. 4 in the notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company and is intended to form an integral part of the AGM Notice. All contents mentioned in the notice shall remain unchanged. Members and other stakeholders are requested that the AGM Notice should be read in continuation of and in conjunction with this corrigendum. This corrigendum has been dispatched to the members by electronic means on their email address registered with the DP/RTA and the Company. Copy of this corrigendum is also available at the website of the Company at www.arclorganics.com. The said corrigendum shall also be published in the respective newspaper and shall also be uploaded on the website of the Company. This may be treated as a disclosure under Regulation 30, and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
