Transworld Shipping Lines has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 12th August 2025, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 and; as per Company’s Codes of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for Company’s Directors/ Officers and Designated Employees from 01st July 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results to the public.
