Panama Petrochem has informed that the Forty-third Annual General Meeting of the Members of the company will be held on Tuesday, September 09, 2025 at 11:30 am IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 02, 2025, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to receive the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
