Container Corporation of India informs about appointment of non-official director
Container Corporation of India has informed that Ministry of Railways (MOR) vide its order no. 2024/PL/57/41, dated 07.07.2025, has communicated that the President is pleased to appoint Lovely Gupta as Non-official part-time Director on the Board of Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) for a period of one year with immediate effect or until further orders, whichever is earlier. As per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the required procedure for the above appointment is being completed and necessary disclosures for the same will be filed with the Stock Exchanges within the stipulated time.
