Astra Microwave Products has informed that CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed the following ratings for the Company’s bank facilities: Reaffirmed ‘CRISIL A/Stable’ for the Long-Term bank facilities; Reaffirmed ‘CRISIL A1’ for the Short-Term bank facilities; Reaffirmed ‘CRISIL A/Stable’ for the Corporate Credit Rating. Further informed that rating rationale completed on July 03rd, 2025, but they have received rating letter on July 07th, 2025, hence the same is uploaded.
