Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Goa Carbon has informed that Kiran Dhingra (DIN: 00425602) has completed her second consecutive term of five years as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from end of the day on 7th July 2025. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record their sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions, guidance and services rendered by Kiran Dhingra, during her association with the Company as an Independent Director. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the particulars/details required in accordance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure.
