SEL Manufacturing Company informs about resignation of CFO
In Compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SEL Manufacturing Company has informed that Navneet Gupta, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from the closing of business hour on 31st July, 2025 due to other commitments and other pre-occupations. Further, as per the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed a copy of the resignation letter submitted by Navneet Gupta. The said resignation letter also confirmed that, there is no material reason for his resignation other than that mentioned above.
