Nelco has informed that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 14th July 2025 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2025. Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from June 24, 2025, until the expiry of 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to Stock Exchanges.
