Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, Ester Industries has informed that it enclosed the details of dematerialised shares (as provided by its RTA) during the month of June, 2025. Further, its RTA has confirmed that all share certificates have been mutilated and cancelled.
