Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, The Federal Bank has informed that NSE Sustainability Ratings & Analytics (registered ESG Rating Provider (‘ERP’) under Category I) rated them based on publicly available information and independently assigned ESG Rating of 74 to the Bank for FY 2024. The above information was received by the Bank on July 08, 2025 at 05.06 pm. This intimation is also being uploaded on the Bank’s website at https://www.federalbank.co.in/disclosuresto-shareholders in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
