Signatureglobal (India) rises despite reporting 15% decline in sales bookings in Q1FY26

Its sales bookings or pre-sales stood at Rs 3,120 crore in the year-ago period

Signatureglobal (India) is currently trading at Rs. 1246.40, up by 5.20 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 1241.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1259.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1260.05 and Rs. 1239.85 respectively. So far 10661 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1645.85 on 26-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1010.95 on 06-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1260.05 and Rs. 1230.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 17547.68 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.51% and 14.86% respectively.

Signatureglobal (India) has reported a 15 per cent decline in sales bookings to Rs 2,640 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal (Q1FY26) as it sold less homes. Its sales bookings or pre-sales stood at Rs 3,120 crore in the year-ago period. 

The company sold 778 homes in April-June 2025 compared to 968 units in the year-ago period. In terms of volumes, pre-sales dipped 20 per cent to 16 lakh sq ft. During the quarter, the average sales realisation stood at Rs 16,296 per sq ft against Rs 12,457 per sq ft in the entire last fiscal.
