Indowind Energy informs about compliance certificate
Indowind Energy has informed that the Company shall intimate the status of dematerialization of shares. Accordingly, based on the confirmation given by Company’s RTA, confirmed that there were requests received from Shareholders for dematerialization of shares during the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. It attached the confirmation certificate on the above subject issued by Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA).
