Based on the confirmation received from MUFG Intime India (Formerly Link Intime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese has certified that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in records as the registered owner within 15 days of receipt of certificate of security and the details are furnished to the stock exchange, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Further, they certified that the securities which were dematerialized are listed on the stock Exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed. A copy of the confirmation received from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company is enclosed.
