The company has transferred equity shares of Sandhya Hydro Power Projects Balargha

Max Healthcare Institute has transferred 12,84,396 equity shares of Sandhya Hydro Power Projects Balargha, a hydro power producing company, to its promoter viz. Skyzen Infrabuild, consequent to termination of power purchase agreement.
