In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation, 2018 for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025, based on the certificate (enclosed herewith) received from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent M/ s Ankit Consultancy, Shree Pacetronix has confirmed that within 15 days of receipt of the securities received for dematerialization that: a) The securities comprised in the said Certificate(s) have been listed on the Stock Exchange; and b) The said Certificate(s) after due verification have been mutilated and cancelled and the name of the depositories have been substituted in Register of Members as the registered owner.
