Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Adani Green Energy has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, July 28, 2025 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window Closure Period will end 48 hours after the results are made public on July 28, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, the detail of post results conference calls with Investors to discuss the financial performance of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, are as enclosed.
