West Coast Paper Mills informs about update on AGM & book closure
With reference to above letter dated 19.06.2025, West Coast Paper Mills has informed that, 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, will be held on 28th August, 2025 instead of 18th August, 2025, the Record date is on 14th August, 2025 instead of 8th August, 2025, Register of the members and Share transfer register will be closed from 15th August, 2025 to 28th August, 2025 instead of 9th August, 2025 to 18th August, 2025 for the purpose of AGM and payment of Dividend. Dividend as declared by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 23.05.2025 if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28th August, 2025, will be paid on or after 2nd September, 2025.
